Personalizing your finishes is one of the most exciting parts of the home-buying process, and at DRB we believe that this is an integral part of making your home "Uniquely Yours." You will meet one-on-one with one of our Design Studio Consultants and based off your home and your budget, we will work together to select finishes that speak to your sense of style. This site was created to help you preview choices offered and discover which styles inspire you the most. Please use the site to help you explore color, styles and design. Selections are subject to change based on availability and current trends so check back often in advance of your design appointment. If you have visited any of our model homes or have pictures of homes that inspire you, bring them along. This can serve as a visual reference and help us understand your preferences.
To ensure that your appointment at the Design Studio is productive and efficient, we kindly request that you arrive on time. This will allow us to maximize the time dedicated to your selections. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and if you are running late or unable to make it to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment. The duration of your design studio appointment may vary depending on the communities and home plans we offer. Typically, appointments can last anywhere from one to four hours.
